This is a quick and easy, budget snack idea for all of the family!


1 medium size apple

1tbsp of peanut butter

Topping ideas

· Coconut

· Raisins

· Chopped nuts

· Chia seeds

· Sunflower seeds

· Berries

*Other nut butter could also be used e.g. almond butter, cashew butter etc.


1. Remove the core of the apple

2. Cut into slices

3. Spread the peanut butter onto the apple slices

4. Add your toppings (optional)
