Supporting parents and children achieve a good nights sleep.

Sleep Hygiene Workshop For Parents

Having a good bedtime routine can have a significant impact on both you and your children’s health and wellbeing. Our sleep hygiene workshops are aimed at parents of children aged 12 months and over, exploring tips and tricks to develop a good sleep routine and provide advice and support to ensure everyone has a good nights sleep!

During the workshop we will explore why sleep is so important to both our physical and physiological health, including mood, concentration and energy. Children of all ages require a different amount of sleep, we will explore these recommendations and discuss how we can keep track of sleep patterns.

A slightly longer workshop would have been even better! Really enjoyed the session and found it so informative"
