Thriving Minds - Individual Counselling

Thriving Minds provides flexible counselling and wellbeing support tailored to the unique needs of your workforce. We structure our services in a way that best fits your organisation. 

  • We offer a credits-based counselling model, allowing organisations to purchase sessions in advance: 

  • 1 credit for standard counselling sessions 

  • 2 credits for more complex counselling support 

  • Credits can be used for both permanent and temporary staff 

  • Credits are valid for an agreed period (e.g., 12  months) 

  • Additional credits can be purchased at any time 

  • Maximum number of sessions per person to be agreed (e.g., 6–10 sessions) 

Alternatively we can provide a monthly invoicing model, further information is available on request.  

All clients are offered a free initial appointment to explore their needs and determine the most appropriate approach, whether that’s CBT, integrative therapy, person-centred counselling or other evidence-based methods. 

Our counsellors have a wide range of knowledge and experience across various presenting difficulties, client groups and therapeutic modalities. Our service is also supported by counsellors who are completing hours as part of their qualifications.

All counsellors are members of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). 

Investment: from £25 per session

Thriving Leaders – Management Support 

Thriving Leaders provides structured leadership support for managers and those with people-management responsibilities.

 

Delivered by experienced counsellors, this service offers scheduled, confidential sessions focused on leadership effectiveness, decision-making and wellbeing in the workplace.

 

Sessions create a reflective space for leaders to step back from day-to-day pressures, process challenges and develop practical, realistic ways of managing their role. Support may include managing workload and priorities, navigating complex team dynamics, approaching difficult conversations with confidence and maintaining personal wellbeing while supporting others. 

Thriving Leaders aims to help managers feel more equipped and confident in their role, particularly when working with diverse or complex teams, managing conflict or navigating change within an organisation. 

For businesses, this support strengthens leadership capability, improves communication and team relationships, and reduces stress and burnout among managers. By supporting leaders well, organisations also see improved staff wellbeing, engagement and retention. 

Investment: £50 per hour | £75 for 1.5 hours

Thriving Teams

Thrive Team Building delivers bespoke team-building experiences and training for staff teams and corporate organisations. Facilitated by experienced counsellors, our sessions are designed to build trust, strengthen communication and develop a positive, resilient team.  

Each session is tailored to your team’s goals, dynamics and size, ensuring a relevant and impactful experience. Through interactive and practical activities, we help teams strengthen relationships, collaborate more effectively and develop a supportive, connected workplace culture. 

Example Activities: 

  • Collaborative problem-solving challenges to improve teamwork and creative thinking 

  • Communication exercises to enhance clarity, listening and feedback skills 

  • Trust-building activities that encourage openness and mutual support

Thrive Workshops 

Thrive Workshops deliver bite-sized sessions for professional and personal development. Facilitated by counsellors, each session is tailored to your team’s needs, promoting engagement, confidence and a positive, supportive environment. 

  • Managing Challenging Conversations 
    Develop an approach to navigate difficult discussions with confidence and clarity. This workshop helps staff work through sensitive topics, manage complaints, resolve conflict constructively and maintain professional relationships. 

  • Anxiety Awareness 
    This session provides tools to recognise and manage anxiety in yourself and others. Staff will develop understanding, coping strategies and confidence to support wellbeing in the workplace. 

  • LGBTQIA+ Awareness 
    Promoting inclusivity and understanding, this workshop explores key areas affecting LGBTQIA+ community, helping teams foster a supportive, inclusive and respectful workplace. 

  • Mental Health Awareness Workshops 
    Designed to increase understanding of common mental health challenges, this session equips staff to recognise signs, reduce stigma and promote wellbeing across the team. 

  • 5 Ways to Wellbeing 
    A practical session introducing simple, evidence-based strategies to enhance personal wellbeing, resilience and work-life balance. The aim is to inform staff with actionable tools to support themselves and colleagues.

Thrive Response provides bespoke support for teams and individuals following critical incidents or challenging workplace events. Delivered by experienced counsellors, our sessions help staff process events, build resilience and maintain wellbeing in the workplace. 

We offer individual sessions and group support tailored to the specific needs of your team or organisation. Our aim is to provide a supportive space for staff to reflect, recover and move forward.
