Community Wellbeing Services
We are a not-for-profit community interest company made up of a team of dedicated individuals from a variety of backgrounds that provide health and wellbeing centred services in our local communities in and around Cheshire. We exist with the mission of promoting health and wellbeing to individuals and groups by empowering them to make healthier choices easier.
Founded in 2010, the organisation began by delivering small-scale healthy family initiatives within schools. Now, we have and continue to grow and develop into providing a library of services and programmes centred around all aspects of health and wellbeing, for all ages, with and for our communities. Project by project we develop partnerships with funders, commissioners and our communities to enable us to offer our programmes for free to service users across Cheshire East, Cheshire West and The Wirral.
What has never changed is our overriding aim to deliver services that are driven by the individuals, families and communities we work with.

Healthbox CIC is made up of an incredible team of passionate people that dedicate their careers to the improvement of the health and wellbeing of our local communities. With skill sets ranging from public health nutritionists to qualified mental health counsellors and artists!

Directors
Our three directors bring their passion and experience for mental health and emotional wellbeing, exercise and public health nutrition to guide Healthbox CIC’s mission and goals. With our management all having a background in first-hand delivery of support, advice and interventions, Healthbox strives for accessible, safe and quality service provision. The bespoke support that we offer is built around our community’s needs and informs our vision and ongoing work.

Counselling Team – Child/Adult/Families
The mental health counselling team is made up of experienced and passionate qualified counsellors that work with families, children and adults across Cheshire to support their mental health with talking therapies. Schools Delivery
Our Schools Programmes team works to deliver a range of workshops, sessions and events to local schools and community groups covering a wide range of health and wellbeing topics. From oral health to mental health, we deliver workshops to make learning about taking care of our health good fun!
Health & Wellbeing Coaches
Our team of Health and Wellbeing Coaches work closely with anyone looking to improve their health through diet and exercise.
Marketing & Commercial
The Marketing and Commercial team at Healthbox CIC is the dynamic force behind our healthcare mission. They infuse a dose of excitement into our work, employing imaginative marketing strategies, forming thrilling partnerships, and spreading the word about our vital services.
