Oral Health

These sessions are designed to motivate children to carry out effective oral hygiene practices. The sessions are interactive and informative, covering the importance of tooth brushing, dietary sugars and more.

Handwashing

These interactive workshops teach children about good personal hygiene and common bugs caught through germs. From reminding young children the importance of correctly washing hands.

Clearing the Air

Equipping children with the knowledge to make informed choices around vaping and their health. Through interactive activities and age-appropriate discussions, explore the real risks associated with vaping.

Arriving At School

Puberty & Growing Up

Bespoke workshops, delivered in consultation with schools. Our informative sensitively delivered growing up workshops aim to start a conversation about the emotional and physical changes during puberty.

Skills to go BIG!

This 4 week programme involves confidence building workshops, we help pupils develop resilience, social skills and strategies to navigate the challenges of the transition up to secondary school.

Small Group & Targeted Support

MARVIN

Our 5-week Emotional Wellbeing Programme for children, focuses on Mindfulness, Anxiety, Resilience, Value, Independence, and Nurture fondly referred to as our M.A.R.V.I.N programme.

SHINE

Self-esteem, Happy/Healthy, Independence, Nutrition, Exercise! This is a 5 week programme, working with up to 12 identified KS2 children. Each week is a different theme and involves art, crafts, cookery and physical activity.

Supervised Toothbrushing

This training supports schools to set up and run their own Supervised Toothbrushing Programme. Staff learn how to deliver a safe and effective programme that builds lifelong oral health habits in children.

Family Entertainment

Chaos to Calm

This is an entirely parenting-based approach to managing anxiety in young people. It is based on evidence that anxious children benefit substantially from a parenting style that is clear, calm and consistent.

Individual & Group Supervision

Our school staff supervision sessions offer a safe and supportive space for staff to reflect, share challenges and, build resilience.  These sessions promote wellbeing and strengthen team dynamics within the school environment.
