Lizzie
I’m an Adult Counsellor at Healthbox CIC, where I bring a blend of psychodynamic, CBT, and person-centered approaches to my work. In my previous role, I coordinated an adult counselling service through a Primary Care Network, overseeing everything from client assessments to mentoring student counsellors. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I’m passionate about helping others grow in both their personal and professional lives.

I am an Integrative Counsellor who draws on Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and CBT approaches in my practice. In my Supervision work, I believe in a flexible and personalized approach, recognizing that no single model fits everyone. I blend various Supervision models to tailor the experience to your specific needs. My aim is to offer a supportive and reflective space where counsellors can enhance their skills and grow in their practice.

Dean
I've worked as an Integrative Therapist since 2018, mentoring trainee counsellors and as a supervisor. I’ve seen firsthand how essential supervision is for our counselling work in maintaining safe, effective and ethical practice. I use a combination of the Seven Eyed model and the CLEAR model. I don't believe there is a 'one size fits all' approach to Supervision.
I provide a supportive and reflective learning environment to enable counsellors to develop their practice, working in alignment with the BACP ethical framework.
