Chaos to Calm Workshop

Week by week, parents will be guided through essential topics to support their children to manage their anxiety. This includes: strengthening parent-child bonds, setting clear boundaries, understanding the role of sleep and family routines in regards to anxiety management.
In addition to this, parents will gain an understanding of the nature of the anxiety, the emotional and physical effects and learn effective worry management strategies to support the child.

4 Week programme including a Sleep Hygiene Workshop.
Week 1: Building Relationships; looking at the importance of strengthening parent-child bonds, emphasising the impact of clear boundaries for anxious children.
Week 2: Sleep; role of sleep and family routines in managing anxiety.
Week 3: Understanding Children’s Anxiety; understanding children's anxiety, helping parents to understand the emotional and physical effects pf anxiety.
Week 4: Worry Management; equipping parents with strategies to understand and support their children’s worries.
