Once we have processed your referral you will receive a call from one of our counsellors who will discuss an assessment with you. During your assessment you will have the opportunity to let our counsellor know what has brought you to counselling and what you would like to achieve with this support. This will be an opportunity for us to ensure we can offer you the best possible support and if appropriate match you with one of our counsellors.

Your counsellor will call you at your scheduled time for phone appointments or log on to the zoom meeting for online appointments. Please be aware that in some circumstances calls may come from a withheld ID. It is important you have your appointments in a quiet, confidential space where you feel comfortable to talk to your counsellor. During your first counselling session with your counsellor you will discuss an agreement with your counsellor which will include confidentiality and limitations of this, and expectations between you and your counsellor for your appointments.
