About the workshop

Discover how to improve your overall health and wellbeing with the "Mindful Matters" course. Delivered by qualified counsellors, this free engaging 3-week programme focuses on the Five Ways to Wellbeing, offering practical strategies for positive change. Delivered in a group setting, this programme is designed to give you a safe space to discuss your feelings and learn practical techniques to managing your own mental health This programmes dates: 4th September 18th September 25th September Thursday's 6pm - 8pm delivered online via teams. *please note, access to teams is required to attend this programme* If you cannot attend these dates, we do offer a digital version of the programme that you can complete at your leisure, please email info@healthboxic.com for free access. By booking the first date, you will automatically be booked onto the full 3 week programme. Funded by Cheshire West & Chester


Cancellation Policy

To cancel a workshop/course, please following these steps: 1) Register a new account on the members area (using the same email address used for your booking). 2) A verification email will be sent to you to accept. 3) Log-in to your members area and go to the 'My Bookings' tab to access all information. 4) Select the drop-down arrow and click 'Cancel'.
