Group Mental Health Support

Delivered in a group setting, this programme is designed to create a safe space for participants to discuss their feelings and learn practical techniques for managing their own mental health.

Mindful Matters – Cheshire West and Chester Council and Cheshire and Wirral Partnership Trust

We are delighted to be delivering group-based 7-week Mindful Matters courses across Cheshire West and Chester. The workshops are based around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and are designed to support anyone who wants to boost their mental wellbeing. Participants benefit from a supportive peer environment, and everyone gets printed resources to support self-management and implementing helpful strategies outside of the group sessions.  

We are currently running face-to-face groups but will also be offering online evening groups soon.
