Delivered by qualified counsellors, this free engaging 4-week programme focuses on the Five Ways to Wellbeing, offering practical strategies for positive change. Delivered in a group setting, this programme is designed to give you a safe space to discuss your feelings and learn practical techniques to managing your own mental health This programmes dates: 27th May 3rd June 10th June 17th June Tuesday's 11am - 1pm delivered online via teams. *please note, access to teams is required to attend this programme* By booking the first date, you will automatically be booked onto the full 4 week programme.
