Choose fruits, vegetables, whole grains like wholemeal bread, rice and pasta, lean proteins for example chicken breast and fish fillets, and healthy fats such as cheese and yoghurt.


Stay Hydrated:

Water is vital for our bodies to function. Make it a habit to drink around 2 litres of water throughout the day. Carry a reusable water bottle with you, and if you find plain water boring, infuse it with fruits or herbs for a refreshing twist.


Keeping a Balance:

It’s all about variety. Aim to fill half your plate with vegetables and fruits, a quarter with whole grains, and the remaining quarter with lean proteins. Don't forget to add a source of healthy fats like avocado or nuts. Doing this will help to keep you fuller for longer and keep your energy levels at a steady rate until your next meal.
