1 Cup of dates
1 Cup of mixed unsalted nuts
1/2 a Cup of Chia Seeds
3 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
& anything else you would like to add such as Cinnamon, Oats, Dried Fruit
- Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes, meanwhile blend the nuts into a food processor until they are blended coarsely.
- Drain the dates and add the dates along with the remains of the ingredients into the food processor until it’s well blended.
- The mixture should be of a stiff consistency which enables you to roll into firm balls, if your mixture is soft add in some oats and blend until you’ve reached the desired consistency.
- Once you have rolled all of the mixture, roll your balls in any desired topping such as Desiccated Coconut, Chopped Nuts, Cocoa Powder or crushed cornflakes.
