Serves -


1 Cup of Peanut Butter or any alternative nut butter

1/2 Cup of Honey/Agave Syrup/Maple Syrup

2 Cups of Oats

1 Cup of Mixed Nuts

1 Cup of Dried Fruit

Optional: Desiccated Coconut, 70% Dark Chocolate Chunks, Cocoa Powder


  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C
  2. Melt nut butter and syrup of choice in a large pan, turn off heat once ingredients have melted.
  3. Add in Oats, Nuts, Dried Fruit and any other ingredients of choice.
  4. Mix well until well combined.
  5. Place into lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
