Chocolate and Mint Mousse

Serves - 4


2 medium avocado
1 medium banana
30g chocolate chips (dark)
3 Tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 Tbsp agave nectar
2 Tbsp coconut milk
1/4 tsp peppermint extract (Alternatively you could use orange extract for chocolate orange mousse)



1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until you get a smooth consistency.

2. If the mousse is too thick then add another tbsp. of milk

3. Spoon into small serving dishes or ramekin dishes Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for a maximum of 6 hours.
