Self-Care Skills Training

The programme aims to encourage self-care in staff and aims to help them feel less pressure and take on work responsibilities in a practical manner.

he programme explores a variety of topics, such as;

One of our qualified Counsellors will come into your workplace, meet your team and deliver a half-day training session where individuals will be given scenarios and work in teams to establish what would be the most appropriate way to deal with any given situation.
Once the initial training workshop has been delivered, we will facilitate a follow up session to assess how staff have implemented self-care into their daily practice in the workplace.
Then, a final session will be delivered with the intention of collecting further feedback & establishing how this can be incorporated into the workplace in the long-term.
