Emotional Wellbeing Workshop

One in ten young people experience a mental health issue at any one time (MHFA England, 2021). It’s very important for children to have an understanding of their emotions.

This one hour interactive workshop enables children to gain an awareness of their emotions, reflect on emotions, how they have coped with them in the past and how they could manage differently in the future.

Through the use of games, art and reflection, children will be given the opportunity to express themselves and feel confident in sharing their thoughts and feelings with peers.
Also available for upper KS2 to explore friendships, decision making, positivity and assertiveness verses aggression.

Fantastic opportunity for the children to reflect on their emotions and feelings in a fun way. It's so important to encourage children to be confident and able to express themselves – thank you!"
