The Wellbeing High Street have had a jam-packed summer! Our 3 year Big Lottery funded project has been extremely popular on the Ellesmere Port area with their Summer Family Programme that ran for 6 weeks, with various activities running almost every day for the whole family.
Activities included meeting the pets at Jolley’s Pet Store, participating in the John Muir Award at The National Waterways Museum, learning to ride a bike without staibilsers, arts and crafts, yoga, picnics, bear hunts, trips to Bridge Community Farm and a trip to Church Farm! Not forgetting the Pirate’s and Princesses and beach themed brunch parties where themed activities and free lunch was provided by The Welcome Network.
We would like to thank all participants that attended the activities and for the kind feedback we have received. We would also like to thank all organisations who contributed over the 6 weeks!
Keep your eyes peeled for more The Wellbeing High Street activities in your area over the coming months!
