Mini Healthy Key Lime Pies

Serves - 10-12


  • 100g porridge oats
  • 100g dried pitted dates
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 200g full fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of green food colouring (optional)
  • 1 lime zest



  • Soak the dates in water for 10 minutes to slightly¬†re-hydrate
  • While the dates soak, mix the cream cheese and yogurt together in a large bowl to gain a smooth mixture
  • Add the lime juice, sugar and food colouring and mix well
  • Wizz the dates and oats in a food processor until the dates are well broken down
  • Add a good layer of oats and date mixture to the bottom of a glass tumbler or desert bowl and gently press down using the back of a spoon
  • Add the cheese and yogurt mixture
  • Top with the lime zest
