The Wellbeing High Street aims to create healthier and more active people and communities as well as improving project participant’s life skills and their development thereby providing them with better chances in life. The project revolves around The Five Ways of Wellbeing with each way reflecting back and connecting to the listed outcomes.
Each of the ways of wellbeing; Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give will be documented within the activities of the project, allowing each participant to personally develop. Throughout the project each participant has the opportunity to feedback highlighting what they are enjoying and what they preferred, in terms of activities and workshops.
The Wellbeing High Street was ‘tested’ as a concept through a nine week pilot that began in February 2016. Below are pictures and feedback from this pilot:

This summer, The Wellbeing High Street ran a Summer Family Programme that ran for 6 weeks. This programme was a great success, for more information on the events that ran and what you can expect next summer click here! Here are some pictures from the activity days!
