The Rural Living Well Project

The Rural Living Well Project offers a range of activities and services promoting healthier lifestyles and improved condition management, to the Cheshire West and Chester Rural community.
The project includes core services of Strength and Balance falls prevention classes, Healthy Hearts exercise and nutritional advice, Diabetes Care and Living Well with Long- term Conditions. Additionally, we offer ‘Feel Good with Food’ healthy cookery courses, Mental Health First Aid Awareness, Beautiful Beginnings: healthy lifestyle in pregnancy and weaning support.
